Ordinarily, i would have given 5 stars for this service, because the service techs (electricians) that came to fulfill the service did an excellent job. My issue is with the dishonesty in quoting for the job. I was quoted a price that assumed work for a full days job (or more) - at $1,146.13. This job was completed in 2.5 hours at the most. I spoke with Bert about adjusting the original quote, given that the assumptions for the original quote were wrong. He dropped the original amount by $100. I ended up paying $1,037 for less than 3 hours worth of work. Given that materials for this project was $298.78, and 3 hours (at most) worth of work was done, at a bill rate of $95/hr - i should have paid at most $583.78 for this job. I run a business also, and would have made a proper adjustment, if put in the same position. My advice to anybody using this service, is get multiple quotes for any quote you receive from Bert before committing to using them, unless you want to pay more than what is fair.
