Origianlly, I hired company #1 that was a referral & one of the most well-known AC/Heating companies in north Dallas. They charged me more than what was previously discussed over the phone, plus didn't fix the problem. I called them back to look at it again, they spent very little time researching and told me it was broken and could not be fixed...it would have to be replaced & the new unit would cost me $3300-6500 (very high pressure sales pitch). My husband contacted Mechanical Partners for a second opinion. They came right out, looked at the unit and immediately said it was an easy fix. Craig had it fixed within minutes. Not only was the service call less than half of the other company's, but the service tech. was so much more professional and honest. Not to mention they saved me thousands of dollars!! I will only be trusting MECHANICAL PARTNERS from now on for any of my AC/Heating or Plumbing needs.
