There was water leaking around my chimney and Scott not only stopped the leak, but also fixed the shoddy patch job that a previous roofer had done to the area. He was very quick to respond, showing up the day I called to look at the area. He thoroughly explained the issue and quickly fixed everything. We've had a few heavy rains since then and no more leaks have been detected.

It worked out very well. They did everything they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do and for the price they said they were going to do it for. I couldn't ask anything more. They were on time when they said they would be there. They completed the job when they said they would complete it and they charged me the price they said they were going to charge me. I think they gave me a reasonable price. I know there are probably some out there cheaper, but you sometimes get what you're paying for. I had absolutely no issues with the quality. Everything was fine. They had a good team. They were quick.

They were just awesome.  I inquired about their service via their website and a immediate call back.  They sent a sales respresentive over and he inspected the damage and went over the contract with me line by line.  The wdayork crew came over early Friday morning and they were very polite, professional and move very fast but thorough.  They worked all and and came back Saturday morning and were finished by noon.  We are very pleased.

We contacted McCall Roofing as a result of a hail storm that caused some damage to our roof. They inspected the roof and found some damage in several places along with some additional damage to the gutters and window screens that I hadn't noticed. I filed a claim with our insurance company and a McCall representative met with our insurance adjustor. They did a second inspection together that resulted in getting our roof replaced along with replacing portions of the gutters and several screens. They made the insurance process easy and painless. 



During this process, we decided to sell our home and asked McCall Roofing & General Contracting to assist us with several items in need of repair; retexturing several ceilings; replacing carpet on the stairs; replacing some wood border on the outside portion of the fireplace and repainting all of it; and installing a few GFCI electrical outlets.



The roof replacement and all repairs were professionally done for the amount they quoted and in the time frame we agreed upon. There were no unexpected additional costs, which is rare with the amount of work done.



We sold our home within 48 hours after listing it and got several thousand dollars above our asking price. We feel the work done by McCall Roofing & General Contracting certainly aided in the success in selling our home.

McCall Roofing & General Contracting has provided EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!! I had roof damage from a wind/hail storm that hit our area and Scott stayed on the roof with the insurance adjuster until he agreed that it needed to be replaced!  Our home is about 5,000 ft² so it was a nice sized roof with lots of angles and pitches. The quality of the roof and workmanship is phenomenal -- even better than I could have expected. McCall Roofing met my insurance adjuster onsite and handled all aspects of job.
I noticed an immediate difference on my heating and cooling bills, as well as a huge deduction on my Homeowners insurance. All required documentation was provided by McCalll Roofing.
I was concerned in the beginning of the trash that is normally left behind, ie nails. I was quite pleased to find no nails and no trash. The roofers worked hard and long hrs to complete my roof quickly.

My husband and I couldn't believe what a seamless experience this was.
They showed up when they said they were going to, cleaned up at the end
of each day, and finished the job before the estimated completion time
they had given us. The crew was extremely professional, the salesman was
helpful in picking out the type of roof and ventilation we needed for
our home, and the project manager was always available in person or by
phone with whatever we needed.

On the day of construction I was surprised how clean they kept the property while tearing off the old roofing system.  The work was completed in an efficient and timely manner.  The new roof looks great and my overall experience was a positive one.
