Our mattress after a year developed a sink hole on the left side. My husband and I are not obese but the mattress just warped. I call the store and they explained how important customer service is to them. So two weeks later they sent a guy to measure and take pictures. I received a letter that the sink hole did not sink down enough to receive a discount for a new mattress as stated on their warranty. This company does not know the first thing of customer service or about mattresses. I will never waste my time or money with this company.

Mattress shopping is awful! Researching something so expensive and so difficult to gauge "fit & feel" under the glaring lights and watchful eyes of other shopppers is my nightmare. Nonetheless, we began mattress shopping 6 months ago. We found on-line sites useless (very little helpful info), and most store's sales associates very pushy. We persevered and found a good mattress at the Mockingbird location of this chain. Keith Preston was patient, knowledgable and not pushy. The mattress was delivered and installed at exactly the time specified, the same day we purchased it.
