They cut my island slab 4in too short. They cut for the peninsula was cut incorrectly. They were supposed to make a 45 deg straight cut but instead did a L-shaped 90 deg cut. They also chipped the corner of the granite when trying to connect 2 slabs together with the buffer and just filled it in. Where our gas cook-top is the cut out was not cut was not done at all. They didn't lineup the pattern as I was told they would. They were 3 days late for install which was the first visit. They a lot of excuses. Ended coming out 3 days later. They were supposed to fix it, but called and said he had to go to Mexico due to a death in family. They are now avoiding my calls.

Kitchen counter was to be beveled but never done.  I was asked to pay for the material as a down payment of $2600.  The measurements were are wrong.  Had to patch my kitchen quartz counter top which is still noticeable, but was never wanted to replace it.  It is located in the middle near the kitchen sink.  Marco did go out of his way installing the countertops, connecting all my sinks and cooktop. Things were pretty reasonable, just took a long time and too many phone calls to get Marco back out.  There was another wrong cut on the bath countertop and took more time to get it redone.  The piece is a defective and has a burn mark with spider web cracks across the top.  It now has been over a month, repeated phone calls and text messages but all Marco tells me that he will come out.  I had to call from other numbers because he was not answered my phone.

I requested $200 for the granite and $100 for the sink to be returned in order for me to get it replaced.  Marco has not returned that call.  It is my hope to resolve this matter with a replacement or my money back on this countertop and replacement of the sink.

These people are horrible!  I had a granite counter-top installed.   They damaged my cabinets, my plumbing  wouldn't hook back up, and the seam in the granite was very noticeable.  They didn't secure my dishwasher, so now it rocks every time I open it.  I can't attach it to the granite because it would crack.   There was a one inch space between the granite counter top and my existing backsplash that they just filled with a glob of grout!    Now the counter top on one side is sinking.   Marco Mendez is the owner and he's a scam artist.  I've now heard of MANY other people he has done this to.
