Master Craft Pools

Tilers and pave stone workers very good. Hard time with the plumbers for new drains, no calls responded to, punctuality and communication very poor. We are happy with end product, but had to do a lot of micro managing.

The work was completed on time and it looked really great in the backyard until about 6 months later when we noticed a crack in the plaster. The pool service technician had also told us we were losing water so there was a leak somewhere. We called Ted out to show him the problem - this was July 2009. We agreed to follow up in September to schedule the work. We called repeatedly starting in September. He would say - the schedule is filled up - we'll get to it in a couple of weeks. Finally he stopped answering our calls so we had our builder call. He stopped answering his calls as well. We called another pool contractor who did a leak test and then fixed the leak. We still have huge cracks and the tile is popping off because they improperly installed it. We have gotten repair bids that are almost as much as we paid just a little over 2 years ago to remodel the pool. I have nothing nice to say about this guy - he's the reason pool contractors have a bad reputation.

Two months over what they said. Put in travertine for decking and it has big spots on it that are holes someone filled. The gravel under the travertine has washed all away and did so immediately. The owner would not respond to my calls or when he did he would hang up on me. He only came out to the job one time. They did have two owners but they have split. The one that left is the good one!!!!!

They are very reliable. They do what they say they're going to do when they say they'll do it. It was a very pleasant experience.
