I was concerned enough to call Angie's List and share my experience. This guy is just walking through the neighborhood and I felt like my experience might alert others. With the heat wave experience we're having here in Dallas it's concerning to me that someone might acutally let him in simply because he's there. I hate to think of others being preyed upon on. He couldn't prove himself to me as a ligitimate business so I opted to report him.
Description of Work: This man has come to my front door two times. The second time was today. This time I decided to question him when he asked if I wanted him to service my Air Conditioning. I asked if he was licensed. He was not. I asked if he worked for a company. He did not. He spoke little English and was not willing to expand on his services. I was suspicious the first time he knocked on my door. The only other thing his flimsey business card says is "Easy Payments on new Units." There is no address, no business name.. not much of anything else.
