Martha did not complete the job. She told us that the job was finished and demanded payment. We told her it was not done, and she said they would come back to do "clean up". We unfortunately trusted her and paid her the money. She never came back and will not return my calls. I would not hire this company. They added mortar and then sealed an area of bricks. The mortar spread across the bricks and now the sealer needs to be removed so we can clean the bricks. They did no clean up of mortar that was smeared on the bricks. They also left a gap under the first step after promising that it would be sealed. They also left gaps and didn't finish cleaning the mortar and sealing the flagstone in two areas on the side of porch. I have included photos of these.
