High quality and exceptional work from top to bottom. Marlin seems to be a "customer first" organization. They want you to be happy with the progress and end product. They commit to come back to fix any problems later. I was very pleased with the overall executive, Glenn Puddy, and his team leaders Sergio (landscaping) and Jordan (irrigation). Additionally, Ricardo and Alberto were great onsite. All worked hard and all were focused on doing a high quality job for us. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We spent a lot of money. I don't remember how much. It was extensive landscaping job. It was pretty pricey.

I do recommend them highly.

Have used them more than a year for yard maintenance and they've succeeded in killing my lawn and several shrubs, blowing away all the soil and mulch repeatedly from beds, and ignoring multiple requests to keep ivy away from gutters eaves and chimneys. My yard looks horrible and I am having to replace all the sod and bedding. An expensive ordeal.

When I first hired them the charge was $60 a month which included fertilizing the yard and flower beds.  That was in 3/2010.
About 6 months ago they raised the price to $90 a month which I guessed was for the rise in gas prices.  When they raised their price there service also declined.  They were out to fix the same problem 6 times and it still is not fixed.  I gave them a list of flowers to plant and got a bill which included plants they didn't plant and flowers I didn't want.  The shrubs were not trimmed and several times had to replace dead bushes.  I was about to let them go when I  received a new bill for $270.00 a month.  I called to verify that this was correct and Mary said it was.  I told her I was canceling there service and her response was "that's fine with us."  In the beginning they responded quickly and efficiently but that was more than a year ago.  They definitely have no right to triple there prices, they are no longer a service company.

Marlin had a large staff of professional run by a hands-on management team. They are responsive, professional and provide a top notch product. I highly recommend them.
