Doug at Marble Life did an amazing job bringing the marble to a high shine. He went the extra step to show me how to maintain my floors and shower walls. The Marble Life product works great. I feel I got a very good value for all of the work that went into fixing the problems I created.

The Crews Louis and Oscar did very good job timely and professionally. Nicely protected base boards. Whole polish job was well done. The areas of  concern was that the cleaning after polish was not thorough enough and left some trace of powder chemical which led to some color change in some areas. We cleaned it ourselves to further discolor marble floor. Generally, we are satisfied the results and the floor turned out much better than before .
Dale was very patient and helpful. He gave us very good advice and no pressure. His advice turned out very good. Office manger Laurie was very courtesy and responsive too.
The price was still high, but like someone said there is not much choices in the market.

I had been told the "scratch" could be honed out but it is still plainly visible.  However, it looks MUCH better.  No damage was done to any of the floorboards or neighboring carpet.  The individual doing the work did a great job.  The gouges are nearly invisible and the cracks are barely noticeable.

The cost is very expensive.  To simply buff your four floors (one is upstairs) would cost us $475 because it would take less than three  hours to buff.  Still, there are not that many companies doing this work and they have favorable reviews.

The B for quality is because I was led to believe the scratch could be removed.  The C for price is because $150 per hour is a tad expensive.  So, while I will use their services again it won't be on an annual basis.

very good results. overall I am really pleased with how they transformed and saved my floor.  The house was empty, this was done pre-move in and after I had laid some new travertine with the old travertine (extending travertine area and replacing many cracked tiles.  Great job with their fill guy (one day), honing and polish took three days.  Provider doing honing and polishing was great to first get the appearance I wanted and was very helpful at giving certain areas more attention as required.  The appearance was really great in majority of the areas,  would not recognize it as the same floor and definitely blended appearance of old and new tiles.  Owner (Dale) was very helpful and his advice turned out to be correct.   Areas of concern, Price still seemed high, somewhere around 133 dollars an hour, but there does not seem to be much competition in this area and I was told by my tile guy that it is probably a very good price. So just realize that this type of thing is expensive.  I was also told that periodic touchups will be much cheaper because they just come in an run a buffer over traffic areas without having to hone.  Next, they did put up plastic sheeting to protect baseboards, but baseboards still took a beating and need a lot of touching up/repainting.  Also, the honer (which uses a wet slurry) threw slurry over the baseboards and low kitchen & bathroom cabinets which I was left to clean up throughout the house after it dried (which tended to discolor the baseboard paint some.  despite the comments, I am still glad I had the work done and think the price was probably good.  I will call them again if I need this service again and will probably call them again if I need touchup periodically.

My initial contact was with Laurie to request someone come out to look at what we needed to have done and provide us with a quote.  She advised she would have someone contact me that afternoon and within a couple of hours, Dale called to discuss the project.  I was able to send him some photos of the areas that needed to be cleaned, resurfaced and patched, and by the next day, Tuesday, Laurie provided me with a quote, answered my follow-up questions, and confirmed the schedule one of their craftsman would be able to do the job (Wednesday of the following week).  I confirmed the day/time with her, and mentioned we needed to have these things fixed before the frameless shower installers could move forward-they wanted to be sure that fixing the crack wouldn't impact the glass measurements they'd taken earlier Monday morning.  On Thursday afternoon, I received a message from Laurie that one of their craftsman had completed a job earlier than expected, and would be able to do our work on Friday. He arrived Friday morning, as agreed between 8-9am, and by 12 Noon had thoroughly completed our job!  He was very professional and knowledgeable, and the work was done to our complete satisfaction. (Given the type of sealant that had been used on the tile by another company, Dale had advised me it was possible they wouldn't be able to thoroughly remove it from the tile.) However, the craftsman did a fantastic job, and everything looks great.  We were able to contact the frameless shower company and they've placed our glass order so things are moving forward.  We really appreciate the professionalism and quality work that this company provides in all of our interactions. Would definitely work with them in the future.

I got an estimate from Dale on the cost. 450.00 for the first 3 hours, 80.00 an hour after that. The project took 3.5 hours for a total of 490.00.  I was very pleased with the way the project was handled and I will use them again in the future.  The results exceeded my expectations. The tech was very professional. I believe this to be an honest company that I would feel very comfortable recommending to friends or family.

Very pleased. Granite looks almost new now. Technician showed up a few minutes early and did a great job taking extensive time (3 hours) to work on the granite. $375 for the first 3 hours (minimum) and $85 for each additional hour seemed pricey but the granite does look a lot better. My job was pretty basic as the granite wasn't that bad according to the technician. As a firm they do a lot more than what this job entailed. They can fix broken and stained granite too. I am basically a non-mechanical kinda sales guy. I am comfortable with general granite maintenance (like re-seal twice a year don't clean with harsh chemicals etc...) but this would normally be a 30 minute to 1 hour job for me. He took his time and it really shows. The Marblelife "Intercare" cleaner and Sure Klean Natural Stone treatment (sealer) worked very well. I will use them again for this type of restoration work. Technician was a super nice, respectable guy. This was a very positive experience.
