I went in first, just to be sure they were there and to ask what the procedure was. They explained that I could just drop everything off and they'd call for pick up. I furnished the material myself, and left everything with them. I was not in a hurry. They did a fantastic job! I had long dreamed of being able to have this work done, and they far exceeded expectations. The lounge chairs required some restuffing, and they notified me before they took action, and did an excellent job. It is a very small family-run business. When you go in, expect some clutter. But the end product...fine workmanship...makes up for any first impression. They are located in a small strip street off of Harry Hines. Everyone who has seen the "new" chairs is pleased. I feel they were worth hanging onto all those years! With the cost of the material I choose (leather and fabric, fairly expensive), it came to a very reasonable average cost per chair. I highly recommend them!
