THE PRICES WERE OUTSTANDING, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT HE WASN'T ATTENTIVE TO THE DETAILS. WE HAD TO ASK HIM TO REDO A FEW OF THE SECTIONS OF TILE, BECAUSE IN REMOVING ONE PIECE HE WOULD DAMAGE TWO MORE. WORST OF ALL, I ASKED HIM TO REDO THE GROUT ON THE TILE OF THE SHOWER AREA FOR WHICH WE NEGOTIATED A NEW PRICE. HE USED MURIATIC ACID, CLAIMING HE KNEW HOW TO USE IT AND IN THE PROCESS HE DESTROYED MOST OF MY BATHROOM FIXTURES AND TOILET SEAT WITH THE ACID. THE COST OF THE FIXTURES WAS $280 (WITHOUT INSTALLATION), AND THE JOB COST $180. HE DID NOT REIMBURSE ME THE DIFFERENCE. HE WAS SAD, I WAS SAD, IT WAS SIMPLY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

WE TILED WITH WHITE 6' X 6' CERAMIC TILE IN THE SHOWER AND TILED THE FLOOR WITH MARBLE. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE POLITE & VERY THOROUGH. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
