Luciano's Handyman Service

Luciano is someone we will never hire again and would highly recommend not using him. He is unreliable, abrupt and confrontational. His work is of poor quality and when questioned about the integrity of his work, he would become enraged and then would hang up on me. Two of the doors he hung don't close as they don't match the door frame. He hung the doors but did not put door knobs on them. The brackets on the doors are installed crooked. He said that someone came in after him and that is why they no longer close. The place is empty and no one else was working in the house. Why would someone come in, remove and rehang doors incorrectly? He left all of his trash, in the middle of the room and on the balcony. He also replaced the front door but didn't not replace the door frame He purchased a new door frame and it is sitting in the living room unopened. You can see outside from the front door through the many cracks. He states the frame was removed after he installed the door. Again, he purchased a door frame, and didn't install it. No legitimate handyman would ever leave a jobsite unfinished the way he did. We had a contractor come in and look at the ceiling and they were floored at the shoddy work and we are going to have to have someone come in a redo EVERYTHING that we paid him $3700. In the beginning, he came to my house and told me that he would do a great job and that I could trust him, and now he will only hang up on me when I call him. I have given him every opportunity to come and fix and clean up his stuff and our last conversation he said he would NOT come. I have plenty of pictures. DO NOT USE, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
