As first time buyers (and one of us is from the UK) we had very little idea about the process for putting in offers, etc. Vince walked us through the negotiations, helped us get a good price, and handled all the paperwork revisions for adding a leaseback wonderfully.
One minor niggle was with his recommended inspector, who let a friend down and missed a few items we'd like to have known about, so I'd urge caution there, but that's not really a reflection on Vince/NathanGrace/LTZ.
