For years, I'd heard horror stories about big-name hardware stores who sold kitchen installations but where things went badly, the wrong products were delivered, and/or the customer wasn't able to get the problem resolved or his money back. So I was reluctant to make such a product purchase and installation from Lowe's. I expressed my concerns to Laura, the Lowe's kitchen representative at this location, and she provided the names of recent clients who contacted me and stated they'd had great results from Laura and her people. Laura also gave me the name of the subcontractor, and, after speaking personally with him, I felt much more confident about buying this countertop and arranging for the installation.
Laura was even able to direct me to an unadvertised special on certain countertop products so I could better keep within my renovation budget.
Within a couple of days from my placing the order, a worker arrived and took measurements of my kitchen countertop area. I then arranged for an installation date to fit my schedule.
The installation crew arrived on time, were very courteous, and did an immaculate, precise job of installing the quartz kitchen countertop in a short amount of time. The countertop was the exact product I'd ordered, and it was made to the correct measurements. I could not have asked for a better experience. I feel I got great value and service from Laura and the employees at this Lowe's location, and I definitely would use them again.

I havent received it yet, so I cant say its very timely.

They did an excellent job.

The overall experience with the company was awful because the countertop that they came out with were defective and their subsequent reorders were also defective, but since it was a supplier problem and not really their fault the rest of their work was satisfactory. I had a bit of trouble getting them to return my calls, but everything else was alright.
