The staff were all so courteous and friendly. Great rapport with our dogs. The vet was terrific. She explained all the tests and the results to us in great detail. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I have been going to them for 13 and half years. They are just wonderful people to deal with. Scheduling goes well and they are always on time. They call you when they are done and they follow up after any procedures to check on the animal. They are very professional.

Easy to schedule an appointment and the office was running on time. The staff and vets are friendly and provided a lot of education. I will be keeping my puppy with them for his care.

I've been taking my dogs and cats to Dr. Martin at Lover's Lane Animal Medical Center for over 10 years. I've also used the kennel service for older dog who needed quiet and to be given his medication. Dr. Martin is one of the best vets I've ever been to (and I've used a LOT of vets over the years). He has handled a variety of illnesses and some minor injuries with caring, expertise, professionalism, and apparently appropriately. He's handled fainting spell, dog bite, endocrine disease, heart disease, tooth damage, poke in eye by shrub, slowness in the older dog. He reminds me to give them their heart pills, asks about flea control, etc. This place is a bit pricey, IMO (although I may not be current on what other vets in the area are charging), but I believe the care, and my pets, are worth it. I feel comfortable telling him or asking him anything about my dogs or my care for them without being judged. I have very healthy dogs! (no cats currently) I highly recommend this service. I do try to watch all the drugs and creams that this place may throw into the treatment, just to make sure I agree that it's needed, and agree with the cost. I usually do.

As a final note, I must say that this place has had the best tech assistants over the years I've gone there. They have all been experienced with dogs and cats, and easily handled any issues, all while being professional and very pleasant and friendly.

We have 3 regular vets there. I think their service is really good for cats or dogs. They are open on Saturdays which is very helpful. You can do walk-in service and also by appointments. The staff is very courteous. Sometimes you don't have to see the vet, I guess the veterinary assistants can help with which is very helpful and can speed up the service.

I find the veterinarians at Lover's Lane Animal Medical Center to be the very best. They are very compassionate people, and it's obvious that they have a love for animals. Dr. Martin and the team are also extremely knowledeable about current conditions, research, and treatment for pets. They're honest in that they won't recommend things my cat doesn't need and even has advised me in the past that because she is an indoor cat she didn't need some vaccines every single year. I trust Lover's Lane Animal Medical Center completely.

I have been taking my cat to Lover's Lane Animal Hospital for most of her 17 years. For the past few years she has seen Dr. Martin and Dr. Jiranek. I wouldn't trust my cat (an important part of our family) with anyone else. Since Kitty became a "senior cat" I have been particularly impressed with all the advice I get from the Drs. They are very considerate of her stress level in examinations and will forego more invasive procedures if they feel they would put too much stress on her heart. They are very creative in finding ways to get what they need from Kitty in a manner that is the least stress on her and yet provides them with everything they need to conduct a thorough examination. They are also very cost conscious and have made recommendations to me that I know means less money for them.

One of the vets once said that she was losing weight and ran blood tests when I once took my dog for a bath. She was there for 4 days in the ICU for pancreatitis. I trust them.

Dr. Lon Hays is absolutely excellent and sincere. He shows a personal interest in my animal and follows up with a call after our visit to check if my dog is alright. He is an animal lover and is kind as well as intelligent. Their staff is very efficient and nice. I have used two or three other animal hospitals here for my previous dogs and I think they are in competition with everyone else. I had a dog that was dying and I didn't find it cheap using their services though they were good.

I think they are excellent because they know what they are doing. They are also great because they have a large facility that includes a lab, X rays, and surgery rooms. I also happen to take my dogs in to get them cleaned and bathed there.

We took our cat in because he seemed sick. They did a general work up and took blood for testing, and sent us home with him. They called back two days later with the test results and told us he had serious kidney problems. They gave us the option of treating him ourselves at home ($50 treatment) or having him stay at the hospital for continuous IV treatment and monitoring. We opted for hospital treatment, and constant monitoring. Our cat bounced back, and is now recovering well. The overall price was high, but we have no idea how it would compare to other vets, never having priced this type of treatment for a pet before. We have no regrets. The facility is first-rate. The staff is caring. The vet called us to give us updates on progress, and left his phone number for us to call with questions. We thought we'd be admonished for not bringing our two cats in more regularly, but got no such attitude. In fact, the vet recommended against bringing in our other cat for testing because he had no symptoms for concern. Their good care put us at better ease in a very scary situation. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I have used them in the past and they know what they are doing. Our dog loves to go there. I don't know how much we paid because my wife took care of the bill but I would recommend them.

This is the veterinarian that I have used for the past 12 years with all of my animals. We just finished going through palliative care with them for our older German Sheppard. They were very supportive and helpful while going through that situation. I like that there is 5 practicing veterinarians in this office. It has been easy to trust in there judgment through everything they have done for me over the years.

The vet did some xrays, and felt around on Teddy, to determine he had a pinched nerve. He prescribed him some medicine and gave us instructions, to keep him inside for several days. The vet himself called to follow up on Teddy's progress several days later, very impressive.
