Love Field Plumbing has been serving Dallas and the North Texas area for more than 60 years. Our company first opened its doors in Dallas in 1947. Butch Glass and his wife, Charlotte, ran the company with their two sons, Todd and Brad. The boys learned the trade from a very early age and were taught the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Todd and Brad are a new generation who knows what it takes to stand the test of time and provide friendly and knowledgable service. We are plumbing experts and we have been serving the North Texas area for many years. Plumbing is our passion and we strive to do it well. Guy intentionally loosened our working gasket to create a reason for us to call him back. Sabotage! He tried to sell us expensive repairs we didn’t need. If I hadn’t done my own plumbing, I wouldn’t have called his bluff. Then, he got my elderly mother to agree to labor at four times the market rate. He took forever because his scam was by the hour. Basically he charged every nickel it would cost to hire lawyers to sue him. Minimal ethics.

They came when they said they would come, looked at the situation, ordered a new pump which arrived in 1 day. Installed and tested and it worked perfectly. They were working in a difficult spot on a sewer problem and there were no complaints or delays. They are on my list as the "go-to" plumber in Dallas.

Love Field was recommended to me by Atlas who was booked up. I am glad they did. Each time, technicians were able to get to my home promptly. In one case, right at closing time within 2 hours of my initial call. Each time the repair was done efficiently. Each repair was clearly explained and expense was exactly were they said it would be. The hot water heater replacement was the biggest job and the plumber did a great job of ensuring that everything was cleaned up and put back to order. From their company I have had two different plumbers show up and in their third visit they showed up together. One of their plumbers has a gruff demeanor but he's actually pretty nice fellow once he warms up. The other plumber is a very nice and affable guy.

Love Field was recommended to us by another plumbing company that was booked up. They replaced a broken water heater. They were able to get someone out to our house the day before Thanksgiving within a couple of hours. The service folks that showed up where very courteous and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

They do an excellent job. They are very responsive and are always able to get an appointment quickly. They seem to be more on the expensive side of plumbers, but they are very good.

We actually had bad experience with them. They no showed several times. We kept calling them; they kept promising they would show up. They kept no showing. When they did show, we expected to be billed around $250. They showed up on a different date, laid the line, and gave us a bill that was higher than what we thought any other company would have charged. We used them for a short while; we thought they are going to charge couple of hundred dollars. It was two to three times highly priced than what we thought it should be. Moreover, with all the calling back and forth, it was a bad experience all together. Price was too much. I would never use their services again in the future.

Although the servicemen corrected the problem I had with a leaky plumbing pipe, I was extremely unhappy that he tracked grease all over my floors from the moment he walked into my home. My carpets and rugs were soiled everywhere he walked. Very unprofessional. On a better note, the company offered to pay to have my rugs professionally cleaned but I declined the offer.

I was very impressed with their work. My only complaint was that their service truck leaked oil from the engine onto my driveway. I would still use them again but in the future I will ask them to park their vehicle on the street curb instead of the driveway.

One of the best things about Lovefield's is that they show up on time and they did not have me waiting. The plumber came in, examined the problem and was able to fix it immediately. Therefore I find their service very effective.
