Mr. Lott does excellent work at a very reason price. He is prompt, honest and very professional. I first met him when building a new garage at my home. He was the only contractor that worked on garage I would recommend. My daughter recently called him to upgrade her outside electrical box because it was found not to be up to code by inspector when building a pool. He found part needed and charged considerable less than other bid. He never tries to take advantage and do more than you need. Mr. Lott is a rare man who is professional in every way. You do not have to call him back because he does job right first time. We both actually paid him more than he charged because he is so reasonable and does such a good job.
