It was great.

The gentleman on the phone was patient and helpful in estimating the amount of mulch I would need to cover a 22' x 22' playground (which had no existing mulch). The driver arrived with my mulch at the exact time they promised and was willing to wait for me to get neighbors to open alley gates in order for him to drop the load in my back yard; he then maneuvered his truck as close as possible to my playground site and dumped the load without touching the overhead power/cable lines (which was difficult). All this saved me lots of back-breaking work moving the mulch from the front street over 100' to the back of my lot. After I moved and spread the mulch into place on the playground, I discovered that their estimate was spot-on. I had exactly the right amount to cover my entire space with about 4-5" of nice playground mulch.

I called Monday morning to buy the mulch and topsoil for landscaping at my house I was doing that week. They had all the material ready for delivery on Wednesday morning. The driver showed up right on time with the first load, and dumped the playground material right where we needed in the driveway. He was back an hour later (which was actually earlier than the company promised) with the second load. He dropped separate piles of mulch and topsoil in the front yard, keeping them well separated even with having both loaded in the same truck. The driver moved quickly, and did his best to get as close to our work area as he could before dumping.

GREAT TOPSOIL. WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
