Over charged us $400 - - said they would refund amount - waited a month - never did...then told they ISSUED a refund - - never received...then they state: "Mr. O’Neal, the refund has been issued, due to how our month lays out it should be this week. I have honored everything I told you but checks are not cut in house so it has a process. I will check again on Monday. " HOLDING the refund check and NOT mailing is -not REFUNDING you the money....TAKE WARNING! They do not have $400 to refund us...they have to "wait to see how their month lays out"
