Excellent follow through and very detailed report.

Lange Engineering was great to work with. I had many foundation companies come and give me estimates and I had no idea what to do with all the information. I called Lange Engineering and Eric was on time, easy to work with, told me exactly what to expect and followed through.

Eric was very professional and easy to work with. He was thorough with his report and explained his findings that same day. He also generated the report and sent us the digital copy that same day as well. We would definitely hire him again.

Eric was excellent and professional. He arrived right on time and wore a mask and practiced social distancing. He was very thorough and discussed the results with us after his inspection. His assessment was spot on and during his inspection at project completion, he found where a repair was not completed and another repair had not even been done. We were told they both had been completed.

Call Lange Engineering to get an assessment so you know what’s wrong and then have companies bid on the work to be done with a follow-up Inspection by Lange. This will avoid the scams and give you peace of mind. My issue turn out to be drainage related, so I am sourcing Landscaping/Drainage companies and will have Eric of Lange Engineering review the work when they are done. Well worth the cost!

Came in a day after I called and the work was done in 2 hours. Recommendations saved me a good deal of time and money. Would recommend to anyone needing an evaluation which may avoid having to do unnecessary foundation work.

I called Eric after receiving conflicting information from 2 different foundation companies (and bids ranging from $4,500.00 to $11,000.00). He was able to come out the same day and arrived on time. I received my report shortly after. He was very professional and recommended that no work be done at this time. He also gave me suggestions for modifying drainage. I would use him again.

Eric was very responsive to our needs, he was quick to thoroughly inspect our foundation, explain his findings in a concise manner, and supplied us with the inspection report the same day allowing us to schedule our foundation repair. Upon completion of the repair he was back out within less than 24 hours to complete the post completion inspection, allowing us to close out our building permit with the city. Eric was called to conduct an engineer’s report for my parents house. There were foundation concerns and I called Eric who was very information prior to even making an appointment. He was able to accommodate us the same day and provide a report the same day.
