Lane Florist sent an orchid to a friend who has recently become ill - they were so compassionate and kind to me when I told them why I was sending the orchid. I had not used them in years but loved what I saw on their web site. They were super-prompt and it was better than I expected and they were even so dear about helping me put just the right note on the card. The service was so good. For a smaller florist they were top notch - went above and beyond and I am going to use them all the time now for must bigger needs - and such nice people too!
