Thomas Thompson arrived on time, I explained the issue. He recommended rebuilding the sprinkler valve with new parts as a remedy and quoted use $80 plus $34.5 for the parts. We agreed. After replacing the repairing valve the issue remained so he rebuilt the second valve with parts and the problem was fixed. He was done in about an hour and we paid for the labor plus the parts for two valves for about $160.

Tom came over and took a look at everything. He gave us an idea of where he would place the sprinklers. Then he came out with his crew and they were very gentle about laying the pipes and re-sodding the yard with minimal disturbance. They strategically placed the sprinkler heads so they are not easily run over by a mower. They have been our landscape architects for over 5 years.
