I like the fan with lights that we got, but the experience was lacking. The price was expensive. Their professionalism and they knowledge on the product could be better. We would possibly use them again in the future.

The customer service and sales experience was wonderful. I was greeted by very pleasant sales people and they asked me a lot of questions that gave them an idea of what I was looking for. When they delivered the items to my home, they came on time and were very nice.
