Doug is a bit like family. He may lack the uniform and the painted up company truck, but he has made repairs for us on days I wouldn't open the attic door, let alone crawl in there to work. I feel like I'm getting quality work at a reasonable price. Sometimes I have to wait for his time, but he comes when he says and has us comfortable quickly.
