Very communicative. Walked through different options with me and the work was done when they said it would be done.

Rylan has always come through for us and he is both technically sound, precise and knowledgeable of all codes especially the City of Dallas. He is a Master Electrician, the true certification thereof, so when we have a serious job we call Rylan for his expertise. Why take a chance with electricity...

Rylan came out and walked around the house with me and listened to all the things we wanted, inside, outside, and in the attic. He made recommendations as to the best way to do it, then provided a competitive proposal. When we selected Lakewood Electrical, he arrived when promised and completed all the items. Even though there were a couple of unexpected challenges, he completed the work at the agreed upon price in a timely manner. And cleaned up nicely. We definitely recommend Lakewood Electrical and will use them again for future needs.

Well, it took them a week to get back to me and later explained that the individual receiving the call was out of town. I thought that this could have been handled more professionally or that I could have received a text or email letting me know. He apologized and as able to complete two jobs (reattaching the point of attachment and installing a home surge protector) the very next day. They were punctual and the work took place without a hitch.

Lakewood Electrical was the third electrician I had to hire to fix this problem. So far so good.

He is a good provider. He did excellent work.

Our home is over 80 years old and that seems to be a challenge for some contractors.  Rylan & Bryan completed the work professionally, on time, in budget, and neatly.  We couldn't have asked for better service!

Had power go out to half my home Sunday night. Called Oncor who came out and determined that I had a completely burned wire from the main power line coming into my house prior to the meter. Emailed Rylan Gray, owner of Lakewood Electrical, around 10 PM so that he could read it and reply first thing Monday--he actually answered THAT NIGHT! He came out the next AM and replaced the wiring, also reviewed my main fuse box and tightened some loose wires and ensured all were in working order. All in all, I was impressed with the detail of his work--the thoroughness and attention to detail. After he restored power to my home, he made sure all the major appliances were working well and not taxing the system. Very sharp guy and well worth the money for the ease of mind of a well functioning electrical system. Highly recommend!

They repaired something but I could still hear a buzz.

Gave good suggestions.  completed job with good quality.  Overall a good job -- a little more expensive than I expected, so make sure you ask ahead of time what the cost would be.  But I would use him again.

It only took a few days between getting a quote and completing the work. 

Prompt and courteous,   Ceiling fan did not require repair but I didn't know that, so they could have charged for that but didn't.  I don't know anything about electric, cars, plumbing, etc, so I have gotten repairs in the past that weren't needed.   I feel like I can trust these guys not to take advantage of me.

Our electrical wiring for our driveway security gate had been located above ground on the exterior, alley side of our fence some 20+ years ago.  Rylan Gray removed that external wiring & relocated the electrical connection 12" underground within the backyard.  He's a smart electrician, very professional, puntual and affordable.  We highly recommend him.
