Called them several times, failed to come out when appt. was scheduled.  Arrived unprepared to perform the job that was requested.  Then I was charged for a service call when no service was rendered.

Good communication. Prompt. Best price. I had some custom work done because of hills and they executed it-

We didn't hear from the provider for several days, although we were ready for the work to be done at any time.  We called them back and finally got an email saying they wouldn't consider any job under $500.  SO, if this is their policy, why not save us some time and aggravation by saying so immediately?

I though they were excellent. I would recommend them because they have high quality but I though it's expensive but at the same time I got a very well-done work. The service was great and the sales person was great to work with, I really like him a lot. Nothing short of my expectations except that they were extremely professional and I appreciated it and  I though they worked hard to accomplish the work.

They made things right in the end but the install crew ignored the contract requirements and did not correct the line when I pointed out the error.  They turned up when they wanted and seemed a bit vague about words like appointment.  I finally signed off and paid them.  When I told the salesman, Mr. Tigert, of the problems he insisted on making things right.  Brought a different crew who put the fence and gate where they were supposed to be and things are fine now.  I value Mr. Tigert's integrity and just hope the crew supervisors will do a better job of backing him up when he tries to get them to follow the contract in the first place. 

I have a wrought iron remote-controlled driveway gate. L&C has serviced the gate annually for the 4 years I have owned this house. Recently, something broke on the gate which rendered it inoperable. Michael came out on 10/14, found that parts on the inside of the piston arm which opens and closes the gate had rusted. He removed the piston arm and took it to the shop. As the repair needed was extensive and within $300 of the cost of a new arm, I asked that they simply install a new arm. I travel extensively in my work. Michael came out and installed the new arm while I was out of town. The work was completed sooner than I expected, to my satisfaction, and at the price quoted. I could not be more pleased with the results.

They were very prompt in coming to give an estimate.  Their salesperson, Lance, was very professional and listened to what I wanted done and my concern of the cost.  From the crew who came out to tear down the old fence to the crew who built the fence and deck all were very professional and respectful of my property and my neighbor's property.  Charlie, one of the builders, even helped me fix my pool pump after a long, hot day of working on the fence.  The work is beautiful and both the fence and deck are very well built.  I would reccommend them to anyone.

On July 2 2011 i contacted the company thru Angie's list E mail since I did not received an inquiry I called their telephone number and spoke to an answering service and gave her my information to relate to the company in contacting me, this was the 7th of July. I have yet to received a response.

Working with L&C Fence was great.  The sales person, Joe, was very responsive and provided me with an estimate quickly.  The actual work on the fence took place over about 3 days.  Day one was removal of the old fence, and days 2-3 involved installation of the new fence.  The work included removal and haul away of the old fence, installation of new metal posts, installation of new gates on both sides of the house, and installation of an 8 ft cedar fence. The fence was pre-dipped.  The fence is well made and we are very pleased.

Excellent knowledge, installation, and communication skills. No hidden fees or surprises. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were professional and made time for my questions. The fence looks very good. They worked hard to get the job done in a few days. Their estimate was close to 2 others I got, but they included much more detail, so I chose them.

I have a pool, built up land in the backyard, and a small retaining wall. Our fencing was disintegrating, and I tried for an estimate from many companies. L & C Fence was the only company that gave me a properly detailed bid down to the size of the nails, screws, etc., and I didn't have to ask them anything. I wanted a reference to a wall that had been in place for at least 3 years, and they gave me one that was 5 years. It looked terrific. They did the job in about a week working through several steps after removing the old fence. The posts are through the retaining walls, and it took time because it was a keystone wall. The fence still looks new 10 years down the road, and the wall doesn't lean anywhere or sag. I only had to replace one or two boards on it, and it has weathered only a little bit. They are a little higher priced because they used western red cedar. The boards are of high quality and don't butt up against each other. We can't see through it because they are overlapped. I was personally very happy with their great fencing job. They built a couple of springs. They took the pool equipment from the pool area and brought my air conditioning out so we don't see them, and they put in a topper board covering everything. The problem I had before was the wood was rotting and the dirt was washing away. They explained about what they did, and they told me how to drain the water away from the pool. They did dirt filling behind the fence. Somebody I had given a reference to got a high estimate, but I thought the price they got was worth the quality offered.

They were very professional, they are very customer service oriented. They were the lowest bid we got. They got the job done quickly. I would recommend them to others very highly.

Very responsive to my call, gave me an estimate right away. Installation was done promptly and the finished product was just as I requested.

A MAN FROM L&C FENCE CAME OUT ON TIME TO GIVE ME A BID ON A FENCE. HE DID NOT GIVE ME HIS CARD SO I CAN'T TELL YOU HIS NAME. HE HURRIED THROUGH THE YARD, SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITH A BID. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO AND I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM.

I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR AN ESTIMATE AND I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.
