Mr. Fredericks was the listing agent on a home we found online. We first drove by, walked around the property and neighborhood, talked to neighbors - were very interested. We contacted the number on the yard sign, and were transferred to Mr. Fredericks' cell phone. We left a message, including phone number, mentioning that we would stay put for a while, in case... We stayed in the neighborhood for an hour, then nearby in the community for another half hour, before returning home. Because it was Sunday, we waited until late evening. Then we contacted another realtor (recommended on Angies List). Angela responded quickly, has now showed us the home, took time to get to know us and our hopes, and will be our realtor as we continue our search. But back to Mr. Fredericks... it's now Wednesday morning, still no call-back. A first in our experience with realtors.
