KRESTMARK INDUSTRIES LP

Krestmark was recommended by a builder as low priced windows that look good. Salesman Jerry Martin came to see me for about 30 minutes to show samples and took my order. I mulled over the order for a day then asked Jerry Martin to show me the sample window again as I might want to change my order a bit. Jerry Martin was annoyed and said he'd call me back in a few minutes to arrange a time. He never did call back so I called his office to ask for another salesman. The next day Jerry Martin called me and was angry that I spoke negatively about him. He kept saying what a good salesman he is and how his company is doing so well they can pick and choose their customers. I overlooked his arrogance and agreed to a 10am appointment next day. 10am came and went and Jerry Martin didn't show. I talked to his boss Rich Kettle and got the same arrogant attitude. It's 2014 and the construction industry is booming and these guys think they're kings of universe as opposed to being fortunate beneficiaries of the booming market. I was miffed but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise for me. Fortunately for my budget, Home Depot had a sale on windows and I was able to upgrade to JeldWen windows which are much better in looks and track record while staying in budget. Compared to Jeldwen, Krestmark vinyl windows look down right sloppy and low quality when seen up close. I'm so glad I didn't go with Krestmark to have to regret the decision each time I see their poorly made windows. Poor service and poor product will catch up to these guys sooner or later. Buyers beware.
