The 1st tech who came to my home did nothing to help the problem. He only made it worse. When a customer service person called she sent another tech out. He came that day and fixed the broken connection and made sure everything worked as it should

Ramon and his partner arrived on time and finished the job in less than 30 minutes at the estimated cost. I could not be happier.

Pablo did an excellent job installing our HDTV antenna on the roof, connecting all the coax cables to a splitter, and testing every outlet to make sure it all worked in our new build home. Definitely recommend!

Jermaine and his crew were incredible. They came in and made quick work of the installation and connections to our TV's. Super guys to work with as well as very polite and courteous.

Phone contact was a little rocky. Relocation of my satellite dish was perfect. I will use them for all my DirecTV service because DirecTV workers "can't step off a ladder". Justin and Joel saw the problem and found the solution. Excellent outdoor service.

Two fellows came earlier about an hour earlier which I was thrilled about. They looked around they decided in their mind what they were going to do they did it they were done and out before you know it! Good job done.

Joel was incredibly helpful, fast and efficient. I wish I hired Kreatamotive and Joel when my Directv was installed initially, bc he was great! He quickly found a great hidden place for my Directv satellite and installed it exactly how I asked. It was scheduled between 9:00am - 1pm but they arrived at about 2:00pm. I felt they did not communicate well when it came to the scheduling. The work itself was ok, they installed the antenna on the side of the home instead of the top of the home.

They installed the antenna as requested. A couple of days later, I wasn’t getting the reception I wanted. I called and they came out again, repositioned the antenna from the attic to the side of the house. It was worse. Then they placed it back in the attic, tweaked it, and it worked fine. They showed me what to do if the problem arises again. Did not charge me anything for the follow-up visit, even though they did more work than for the original install.

theu are very, very knowalable and very honest. they came out on time and told me that they could not repair my ant. because a tree limb would damage it again. the guy did NOT charge me for a service call because he had not helped me. D---n unusual. good company

The installer showed up on time. He verified the work to be performed and then went right to work. Completed the installion and came inside and programmed both TVs. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install an antenna.
