Klime Time Tree Service

Rob was working a job across the street and was finishing up when I asked for a quote. he said he could do it then and there. he had the trees cut and stacked and the stumps ground within 45 minutes. his team cleaned up and replace the stone borders. overall it was quick and professional.

I was very impressed with Robert's knowledge about horticulture and he wasn't pushy at all. They did an exceptional job, and I will definitely be using them for any future work. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves, hauling all branches and debris to the curb for pickup. Would highly recommend them!

Excellent. Knowledgeable about trimming and taking care of trees in general, so they can live a long and healthy life. Initially they came out for one tree, but I had them work on another tree. They trimmed, shaped and cut out all dead limbs & sealed open wounds, fed one tree. They trimmed, shaped and cut out all dead limbs & sealed open wounds on the other tree. They worked on ( 2 ) 50 foot or taller Elms. I will have them back later in the year for treating 2 other trees. (we have a lot of trees)

Jose communicated very well before, during and after the job was completed. Response was next day which happened to be brush pickup day so brush was picked up immediately. After review of work and other limbs removed with no complaints and layed out for next pickup. Jose handled a special request to clear heavy brush from fence line that was quick and easy for them. Very satisfied and happy to have healthy trees. THANKS Klime Time!!!

On time, very polite, best pricing( I shopped around 5 providers) , very careful with their work. Left the premise clean, did just as agreed upon! Samuel is a very nice guy!

Jose's guys showed up (2 hours late), had to use my tools, and didn't bring a tiller.  I asked the guy who appeared to be in charge if he was going to bring a tiller in and he said yes.  About an hour later the story changes and they tell me they won't need a tiller.  I call Jose who says his guys don't think I need to till my backyard, to which I responded fine, but how will that affect the price?

Jose then informs me the price, for 2 guys to "hand till" my yard with MY TOOLS will be the same as him bringing an actual machine in to do the job the correct way.  When I told Jose I was not going to pay him $350 since he quoted me for something completely different he became upset and said we had to pay his guys $100 since they had come out there.

I ended up paying his guys $20 out of the goodness of my heart since they had come out, 2 hours late, but had still put in about 45 minutes of actual yard work. 

And if you are actually thinking about using this company I should also inform you that the day prior to ATTEMPTING to get Klime Time to come out, their phone was shut off and not accepting any phone calls for the majority of the day.

I got a knock on my door from Klime Time. Jose showed me where my oak tree had a limb that was cracked and hanging over my house. It was and I knew the tree had been struck by lightening two years ago. He said he would cut the limb and put foam and sealant on the bare part of the trunk. The outcome was two hours later the trunk split. I had Lumberjack tree service come out (I highly recommend Lumberjack). They told me that Kime Time didn't take into account that the adjoining tree limb was heavy and trunk could not withstand its weight. Lumberjack ended up taking the tree down. Also, Klime Time refused to take ownership of fault. They also broke a path-stone. I googled Klime time and there is an alert flag on them. I should have checked before doing any business with them.

Keith and his crew were actually going door to door in our heavily treed neighborhood looking for work. We had a dead tree that needed to come down, his estimate was very reasonable, and he was ready to do the work right then, so we took a chance. It ended up being a (mutually agreed upon) much bigger job than what we had originally discussed. The three men worked non-stop for hours, did good work, cleaned up after themselves, and charged a very reasonable fee for the amount of work done.

Within a few minutes of their start, two of the employees engaged in a boisterous and profane argument. Thirty minutes later, I discover that they cut down the wrong tree! When they finished cutting and stacking the branches on the curb, they informed me they would return Monday to grind the stumps. At 4:30pm Monday afternoon, I had to call them back after hearing no word. Of course, I told them to forget it. Now I have to find someone to complete this job.

Jose & fellow workers trimmed & pruned two large trees. Work took approximately 2.5 hours. Fast efficient work. Cleaned up really well after project was completed.
