" Crystal" answered our call yesterday morning and she was very rude! For no reason ! You guys need to understand we call because more than likely we are going thru a stressful situation and we need help.We call to get help. " Crystal" you need more compassion and consideration.Yes you have a job to do, there is however a more respectful way to do it or even to ask for someone information. When they bring it up that you are rude, as a professional Customer Service Representative you should take a step back, apologize or somehow make the potential client feel better, that is what customer service is all about.
