1. When I was out of town the system starting going haywire at night and when my wife called the representative chided her for not understanding electronics, until he drove her to tears. 2. After a few false alarms over a six month period (or longer) I noticed that I wasn't being contacted by dispatch, after investigating their service rep finally said they had installed old 2G wireless equipment that didn't work any more. I was being charged for months without having any service. So I stopped using their service. 3. Now I want to use the hardware that I paid for with another service but Key Security put a password on the the hardware that prevents me from using it and they want $125 to tell me a simple 4 digit code to release my hardware. They are holding me hostage. This company is horrible, do not do business with them.
