The three man team showed up and quickly disassembled the old units and then got the new ones installed and running in one day. They did a little clean up and added an additional air return vent the next day.
Unfortunately, not everyone that saves you money up front is your friend. He was referred to us by a friend of the family, so we did not feel the need vet him. We noticed humidity and dust issues immediately and expressed concerns to Kevin. He discounted them.
Because the system was installed late in the year, we didn't really know how bad it was until the next summer. Our pleas for his help went without response.
One of our 2 dogs got very sick from the electronic air cleaner. We paid thousands of dollars to different veterinarians. The next summer we asked Kevin to remove the $1000 air cleaner and replace it with a regular filter at our cost (The only way he would respond). He sent a guy to do it and charged us $260 and he took the expensive air cleaner with him and promised money back if he resold it, but I'm not holding my breath. Our dog's skin infection cleared up.
Shortly after the new filter was installed the system started shutting down in the hottest part of the summer. Kevin refused to come look at it, so we were forced to call other companies. I had to pay to have the systems flushed because Kevin failed to remove the old dryer line filters, thus contaminating the refrigerant, and causing the system to lock up.
Every company that we brought in told us that he sold us an over-sized system for the size of our home and duct system, replacing a 3 ton with a 5 ton. This is too efficient and cools to the thermostat temp in a few short minutes, not nearly enough time to dehumidify. The result is a cool, but clammy environment and now all our air ducts have mold from the moisture. And our electric bills are over $500.00 a month in the summer.
When asked for help, Kevin said he only covers warranty related mechanical issues, otherwise it is not his problem. He was really irritated that I called other companies in to diagnose the problem when he became non-responsive.
II can't begin to tell you how much money Kevin's "20 years" of experience will cost me.
As it stands now, I have requested his insurance info to file a claim, but he refuses to give it to me and challenges me to sue him in court.

Very well, I always enjoy Kevin. He is a real joy in honesty as well as personality. He also has a good installation team that includes a son & his very experienced senior father. I like seeing older people being utilized for their expertice & knowledge!!

I felt the price was very reasonable. Very great customer service. He is very imaginative. He can rig any machine to work again. He is committed to get the maximum life out of old units. He is very knowledgeable.
