Stacy Barone was my real estate agent. I liked her a lot. I thought she had a good marketing plan. She was always accessible by phone. She put in a lot of time and effort, and she was aggressive. She had a lot of good opinions on how to get the most out of our house.

Contact Jennifer Fisher because she left a flyer on my door. I was really impressed because it stated on her flyer that she was a neighborhood specialist. When I made initial contact with her we had e-mail problems and she was not able to provide the comparative market analysis (cma) report. Therefore, she dropped the CMA report in my mailbox. After about a week me and my husband decided to meet with her to let her know that we wanted to list our home and use her services. I called her on Thursday to schedule an appointment. She returned my call on Saturday. I called her back on Monday. When I called her back she said that she was going on vacation and she would not be able to meet with me until after the 24th of March. I did not have a problem with her time. However, when she continued to explain to me her circumstances her negative attitude was shoking. I am unsure of why she had a bad attitude. She exhibited unprofessional behavior and a poor attitude during the phone call. I would not recommend her services to anyone.

"Sorry you had such a bad experience with that Realtor. Unfortunately in this business as in any business there are always bad apples or perhaps you caught her her on a bad week. Who knows, but its good that you found these things out before actually signing a contract with her. Always interview the people you are considering working with and don't just hire them because they are a friend of a friend or seem to have a good reputation!"
