The initial bid was arranged by email. The work has been done on schedule. The billing is monthly.

They are on time, give good quality and I never have any issues with them. I will use them again in the future.

I have a contract with them. They charge us on a monthly basis. They are very good. They are very reliable. We are very happy with them.

Karl Boettcher, the owner, showed up at our place when expected, walked over the whole yard, discussing and making notes, and submitted a contract proposal which we accepted. The next week the two-man crew showed up on time, and did what was promised and expected. They have continued to be prompt and efficient, and I've had the same crew since August 2010, the start date. Sometimes I wish the crew spoke English a little better, but they do well enough that things get done correctly -- although there is very little that ever needs instruction, addition, or correction. They replaced a 10 year team at our house that retired, and they do a good job! We'll continue with KB for the foreseeable future. They bill us at the end of the month just serviced. Periodically I email them about questions or special needs, and they respond promply, often within 4 hours. Best of all, I'm always proud when people walk by our house and see how nice the yard is kept.

They were great to work with. They did a great job. They were timely, and got the job done within 2 days.

They are fantastic. They planted some sod in the backyard and did some landscaping in the front of the home. Some areas needed rock and mulch and they handled it. I spent about $2000. It was a big job. They were very prompt and responded immediately. I will use them in the future.

They did a good job with the landscaping. I asked him to redo my entire front yard. He discussed with me and drew up a design. When he showed me the design we agreed upon what was going to be done. The ripped out all of the shrubs that had been growing in my front yard for the past couple of decades. They had a very good follow up after the project was complete. I have always received good service from them.
