I've used them several times through my home warranty. I'm not usually that impressed by home warranty providers but this guy is the exception. Its the owner himself who comes out and he does his best to do the job without breaking the bank. He will try to sell you some sort of energy management device that just may well work, but he's not pushy about it. Nice guy and I will use him again.

Smooth process, great experience.

One worker showed up who I believe was the owner. He assessed the problem within a few seconds and immediately started the work. HHe had the part he needed and was finished within 15 minutes if that. There was no games or wasted time which we really appreciated. Would recommend again as VERY knowledgeable!

I liked the price and in fact that was the price they originally quoted. I liked how quickly they did the work. I got what I wanted and I paid for what I wanted. There was one worker that came out and he knew what he was doing.

This company made an emergency call at my house on the day before Thanksgiving. I had never used the firm before, but when I explained what was going on, they came right out. The breaker for my upstairs HVAC had melted, and the heat had additionally compromised the breaker for my kitchen stove. They rushed out and replaced both breakers. While they were here, I mentioned that my freezer in the garage had shut off and that neither garage plugs had power. They located the GFCI plug that needed to be reset (located in my downstairs powder room) and reset it for me. Ralph Laughridge did a great job. However, what pleased me most was the responsiveness of this company. I never dreamed I could get anyone here so quickly on the day before a holiday. The office staff did a great job of assessing the seriousness of the situation, and making sure I received assistance as soon as possible. I will definitely use them again!
