It went better than I would have even expected! The owner was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The workers were all polite, incredibly professional and got everything done in one day. I am extremely pleased and will definitely recommend and use them again! Scheduled my service for June 24. However, they were nice enough to send a 2 man crew the day after I placed the order to trim one tree that was holding up progress on the construction of my privacy fence. The limbs were heavy and also hung over my neighbors aluminum carport. They took them down without any damage.
The full crew return as promised on the 24th to complete the job. Trees looked great and they also did a great job of cleanup when they were done. I plan to use this provider next year.

This was a great experience. Can't say enough good things about Mark and his crew. Mark was very professional, came out and gave us a quote and we discussed our various options to see what would work best for our needs. We bought the $700.00 Angie's List deal valued at $900.00 and the remainder we paid by check when the work was complete. This has been one of the best deals I think I have ever purchased on here. The customer service is outstanding. Our schedule was very limited but Mark was very accommodating and found a way to squeeze us in instead of having to wait. The crew showed up on time and got everything done quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and it looks great. We are so happy with the work they did. Our neighbor was so impressed with the work he got a card from them before they left so he can recommend them.

Just Trees was excellent! I forget the owners name, but he called me very shortly after I contacted his company and arranged to come out the same day I called them.
He walked around the property listening to what I needed done and gave me some suggestions. Named every tree and shrub, explained their needs and gave suggestions. He is an Arborist and knows his stuff.
He explained how the Live Oak in the front yard needed pruning badly because the droopy limbs would cause the wood to eventually begin growing in a downward pattern.
His team came a few days later on an extremely cold and icy day. They did fantastic work and cleaned up after everything they did.
Pruned the Live Oak and two Yaupon Holly trees and removed an entire fence-line of my neighbor's overhanging limbs into my back yard. It looks so clean, tidy and new after they left.
The neighbors were goggling about how improved the Live Oak in the front yard looked after Just Trees completed the work.
In fact, I will definitely be calling them again shortly to come out and re-do all their marvelous work.
I would not even hesitate to recommend this company to even the pickiest of home owners. Great work.

I am giving Just Tree's an A overall because Mark and his team did an excellent job, even though getting his team out there took some time and patience. I got a quote from 4 different tree trimming companies and Just Trees came out the lowest. I setup a date for them to come out, a Saturday. When that date came around, nothing happened. No one showed up, and I couldn't get a hold of Mark. I was a little annoyed as I waited around on my Saturday morning for him, but I had a feeling something must of went wrong. Come Monday, I finally get a phone call, It was Mark, and he apologized for missing ma appointment. He said that both of his trucks were down and couldn't get them fixed in time. He said they were fixed and we so we picked another Saturday 2 weeks away. That Saturday rolled around........and no one showed up again. I called and no answer. I got a call back on Monday from Mark, apologizing again. He told me his main guy got hurt on the job. (At this point, most people would have given up, but not me. I am a really patient person). Mark offered to take $100 off and that the next, they will be there. That following Saturday, 2 guys showed up. And to my surprise, they did an EXCELLENT job. They trimmed my 2 tress, which look a ton better, cut down a tree hanging over my power line and cut a stump down even lower. Cleaned up everything and left. They did such a good job, I have asked him to come out again (haven't picked a date yet). I do highly recommend despite missing the first 2 appointments.

Mark responded very quickly to my request for estimate. Mark was readily available for questions I had had prior to the job being done, which I find a valuable attribute of customer service, because I always think of additional questions after a meeting. He did not try to upsell me, and compared to other tree services that I have used, I felt that his prices seemed fair. Also, considering how busy the tree guys are this time of year, I was impressed at how quickly Just Trees was able to tend to my service request. The workers arrived on time, and got right to work, and finished quickly. All debris was cleared & hauled away. I will use Just Trees for future tree needs.

I left a message Friday and the owner called me back that evening. He said he would try to come by to do the estimate on Saturday or by Monday at the latest. He came by on Monday afternoon. In addition to providing me with an estimate he gave me advice on how to take care of a palm in our backyard. The soonest he was able to schedule the trimming was three weeks from when he gave me the estimate. I didn't get a followup call before the date they were due to come out. But a crew did show up that afternoon and did an excellent job.
I don't know how their price compares to others because I didn't get any other quotes. It was more than my lawn man/gardener had charged the last time I had the trees trimmed, but they also didn't do nearly as good a job (which is why I decided to try someone else this time).

The tree trimmers worked very h****** both of our trees and were very professional. They knew exactly what to do without me watching over them. they took pains getting our trees just right and cleaned up after themselves. We have used them before and will alwaysuse them in the future!
