The provider came by and gave an estimate then came several days later to do the work. He stated he could do a couple other things and one was patching up pipe for sprinklers. Did a solid job on yard but when we set up a time to do pipe work he was a no show. We talked and set up another 2 times to estimate work and then another to do the work. No showed. Called and texted and crickets. Not good service. If you can not do the work then don't say you can do it and no show. When the economy goes down again and work is hard to find remember those times when folks are left hanging. I certainly will....

Mr. Martinez was generous with his time and attention to details. Where I used to mow the yard myself, with my busy schedule, having him mow and edge meant that the yard looked its best!

Our last rental clients left a poorly maintained yard behind that needed a lot of work before showing.  Mr. Martinez did a super job getting everything looking nice for our open house.  He completed a full yard cleanup, weeded out the beds, applied fresh mulch and weed prevention.  We would definitely use again and are having him perform weekly service until rented out.

Everything goes very smoothly and I do not have the city giving my any warnings for low hanging branches or unkempt lawn.

Mr. Martinez did a good job on the flagstone. It was hard work and worth the $100.  He did place some of the flagstones right side down. I was disappointed in the yard work, specifically removal of the leaves.  We do our own lawn but thought it best to have a professional perform the first cut and remove the leaves from our numerous trees.  Mr. Martinez asked if this would be a one time or recurring job.  I explained one time,so I knew his price would be higher (he quoted $80), but thought it would be worth having him do the back-breaking work of leaf removal.  He used a leaf blower and unfortunately would clean one flower bed only to blow leaves back when he cleaned another bed.  In the backyard he did not remove any leaves but only blew them toward the back of the beds piling up under the srubs.  Today I went out and cleaned part of the beds in the backyard and have filled 5 bags and have only worked about 2/3 of the beds. If a yard has a few beds, I'm sure he can do a fair job.  He cuts too many corners in a yard with numerous beds.

I called him on a Monday morning and was told he would meet me at my home at 4:30 that afternoon to discuss the work I needed performed on my yard.  I took off work early to meet him, but he did not show up.  I contacted him after he was an hour late to confirm that we were still meeting, but he said that he got tied up and would not be able to make it.  A phone call or text to let me know would have been nice, as I would not have left work early had I known he was not going to be able to meet with me.

Couldn't be more pleased with his service.

Juan has been doing yard maintenance at my home for almost a year now. Initially he came to do a clean-up and was the only person who didn't rip me off with a ridiculous price. I immediately ask him to do a regular yard service. He is very dependable and hard working. I have enjoyed having such a decent, reliable and trustworthy person working on my property. He recently planted sod in my yard and did an excellent job. His price was very fair (about $475 - including a pallet of grass). I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We have a very large back yard covered with trees. We needed some major Spring cleaning in both the front and back. Broken branches from the ice storm, ivy on the fence and house, leaves covering our yard, tree and bush trimming, and removal of an old wood trellis were just some of the things that needed to be taken care. Juan came by one evening after work to assess and give a quote, which was $200. Very reasonable and very well worth it. He came back right before bulk/brush pick up week and finished everything in a full day. He did a great job, and we love our front and back yards again!

I have no idea at all why one or two other reviewers had and quot;communicationand quot; issues. Mr. Martinez understood me perfectly and he did everything we agreed on. I highly recommend him.

I was home when they came, so I was able to tell them how much to cut back. They spend about 3 hours on my property.
They cleaned up the property and took all of the debris away. I would highly reccommend them!

Nothing. He never even called me back. He must be really rich.

I called on Monday and he said he would be here Wednesday afternoon to give us a quote for mowing services. He never showed up. I called at 3:30 and left a message but he never returned my call.
