+ -1 moreHe did an awesome job!!!! He gave me a firm estimate, showed up when he said he would and did exactly what he promised. He also did a regular lawn cut and will be back to maintain it for us weekly.
Description of Work: Juan and his crew cleaned out beds, planted new trees, mulched, pulled out bricks and hedges and laid some sod. He did an awesome job!!!! He also did a regular lawn cut and will be back to maintain it for us weekly.

+ -1 moreI telephoned Juan Posada on Monday, and he came Wednesday to give me an estimate. He was late for the 11:30 appointment, but he called to let me know he had been detained. We made an appointment to have the work done on Saturday, at no specific time. He and his crew showed up at 2:30 and worked until 6:30. He charged $50.00 an hour and I give him an extra $50.00 for doing such a good job.
Description of Work: Juan and two other men trimmed shrubs and trees. They also mowed and edged the lawn. They hauled off all of the trimmings.

+ -1 moreOnce I call them, they are always able to fit me in to the schedule fast. They show up on time and do a great job. The grass looks professionally done once they cut it. I know I could not get the same results.
Description of Work: I have them cut the front and back yards around my house. I have an average sized yard. They also do the edging of the grass for me. I just call them as I need it and I am charged per visit.
