House Cleaning
Joyce and her daughter arrived 25 minutes late. She was purchasing cleaning supplies that I was to reimburse her for, and she would provide me with a receipt. She arrived with a dollar store bag with a few generic items and informed me i owed her $20. She then sent her daughter to start cleaning my master bathroom, looked around my house and informed me she would need $200 to clean a completely empty 1500 sq. ft. house. After the ladies left and I more closely inspected the work, it doesnt seem as if bath tubs, or casings/trim were cleaned at all which was explicitly requested.

House Cleaning
Joyce has been my cleaning lady for over 20 years. I have always found her to be loyal, dependable and thorough. She is also a self starter, kind and a really good person.
