He came by while the work was being done and gave me progress reports. Once the work was complete he came back to the house and did a walk through to make sure he did not see any problems.
It gave me piece of mind to know that someone with construction experience was looking after my project. I loved the company I used, but after years of doing remodel experience, I know that a company doesn't always tell you when they've made a mistake or not done a process correctly. This service ensured the job was done right.
I plan on using him again when we remodel our master bathroom.
