It was complimentary. They gave me like three complimentary oil changes when I bought the car. They are always top quality and most of their service people are easy to deal with. It took about 30 minutes. Their waiting area is nice.

I think the price is typical. Dealer is always high. You got to pretty much count that in.

That was handled lovely. Just everything was an A. Everybody that has those airbags, you have got to have them replaced. I would definitely recommend taking it to the dealer cause they are the ones that have to do it. You can't take it any other place.

I had a little bit of problem getting started but I usually have very good service from Honda so they got it resolved. I think when they took the car in, that's when we started to get crosswise. I had not taken my cell phone with me and I couldn't call anybody to come and get me. And I couldn't get them take me anywhere so I was really unhappy with them for about two hours. I don't know how to compare price, I guess it would be an A. Because it was a very major repair and I wouldn't have trusted it to anybody else. They got it done when they said they would get it done and I had a loaner so I would give them an A. I didn't have to pay for it either.

This is another time when I got really irritated. I liked the car and I liked the close dealership that is why I stuck it out with the salesman who I did not like. He just didn't listen to me. I went and told him what I wanted and he kept arguing because he wanted to buy my old Honda and I already had a buyer for it. The way he treated me was demeaning I thought. He and I just did not hit it off. I kept having to argue with him about stuff and I just didn't like that. I think they've improved.

The price seems fair to me. We have a warranty there and I just go there. They're always helpful and I get an appointment.

My wife found on online. We made the early morning drive there. They had the van at a different price. We asked if that were the van advertised for several thousand dollars less. "Did you see it on the Internet?" "Yes." They immediately knocked the price down to its internet price. It was a suprisingly easy transaction. Perhaps because we paid cash, and no trade in, so none of the usual dealer games with financing or dodgy extended warranties. There was a "dealer prep fee" which I took to be their profit. I've bought a number of vehicles over the years. For the first time I left a dealership after buying a vehicle without feeling that I has been overcharged. A week later the tags came in. We went to their location again from NW Ft Worth. They quickly and professionally installed the plates and registration sticker.
It was a drive to Dallas but the savings made it worth while.

Called yesterday to have recall doorlock problem fixed on CRV, told it would take ninety minutes to two hours so made an appointment for 10am today to wait for it. Brought car in, told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours so I said again I would wait. After 2 hours, told they were trying to replicate problem and might not have the parts. Really? I called yesterday, told them problem and made appointment but 2 hours at dealership next day to check for parts? 2 more hours go by, after asking to see Service Manager, car still not ready but hurry work (now miraculously complete) and release it and will mail me paperwork. Four hours and fifteen minutes spent there, and had to ASK to get car. Worst service ever. This service was on a recall doorlock problem that I had spend several hundred dollars fixing several months ago, can't get that money back either or my wasted time. Horrible experience, we have three Hondas and will not be back.

To lease a car I hardly ever need a mechanic. Now and then I have to have the oil change done. I pay monthly fee that is in the contract and certain % interest was very good and it was 0 point something but firstly you need to have a good credit rating. The salesman has to do what he has to do; he has to push something that needs to be pushed out of there. I chose them because of the reliability on the car itself. It is a good quality of car and Honda's are but something happens once in a while. The price was a little steep and basically with my job I need to be at the airport and I needed to get in the car get to the airport and get to my job in New York. I had to buy all sorts of insurance so it was like another fee and probably I didn't need all of it but I purchased everything as I had to buy what they were telling me to buy because I am on the freeway and something could happen so I like to be prepared. The quality was okay. I was a leasing a civic before that so they had my name and they were sending me emails when they were having their specials. I had the civic and the contract was not over yet but it is small and doesn't fit my luggage when I go to the airport so they said they will see what they can do. I went there but the problem was since I didn't finish the lease from the previous car they rolled over what was due. Even though the CRV is a special and it doesn't cost me so much as much as I would have paid when it first came out but the price doesn't go down it still stays what it is because I am still carrying the previous due. Whichever car I am leasing I don't put a lot of mileage in it and it is half the mileage that is in the contract usually. It says I cannot go 12000 mile limit and I am always at 600. This car was leased at the end of 2011 and it already has 6000 miles and it is already 2013 that is because I am away for six days or twelve days at a time and I don't have an 8-5 job and the car just sits there. It is in perfect shape and perfect condition but I don't get credit for that. The car I have is CRV and has more space and is off the ground. The CRV works for me. They are responsive because they give good deal. They were punctual. I will shop around once I get out of there.

Everything has been good. My experience with them has been good so I will continue to take my car back. They're courteous and the repairs or maintenance is done in a timely manner. I've never had an issue to go back and say that they didn't do it right or they for got to tighten something.

The oil change and tune-up went well, but I was told that I had an "oil seep." The maintenance people said that it wasn't necessary to have anything done right away, but that I would have to have the oil pan replaced and resealed within the year and that they would charge me $1000. Between then and now, I didn't notice any oil left on the parking spaces at work or at home where I parked, but as time approached to do this, I had the car checked by another Honda mechanic in the suburbs just to be sure. He said that I don't have an oil seep, leak or even accumulation and that I could pick up my vehicle without any repairs. He also said that what I was recommended to do shouldn't ever cost more than $250. If I had returned to John Eagle and had the recommended work done, I would be out $1000 for unnecessary work.

We purchased a new car from Bill Cheek. We got the car at the Edumnds Fair price with little negotiating. We were in and out of the dealership in 3 hours. It was a pleasant and refreshing car buying experience. The follow up has also been good.

They have a really good service department. They don’t do a lot of advertising because they don’t want a billion customers. So, they maintain a pretty good relationship with the people they have got. They do good work and are fairly good at communicating.

Their service department is pretty good but I hate their shuttle service. Their prices are average for a dealer and they do oil changes okay; but I am not sure about timing belts. I will never buy a car from them again but if they are close by I might do oil changes and stuff there.

The price is a bit high and the wait time is a bit long. I will continue to use them. I feel they are naturally better since they are the dealer.

My only complaint was the car mats were not in the car and a piece of trim was loose on the passenger side door. They need to do a little better job of inspecting the cars before placing on the lot. Otherwise, everyone was most helpful and professional.

I was searching online for a Honda Odessey Minivan and came in contact with Reatha Robinson, in internet sales. She was great to work with and helped to get a great trade-in price on my previous car that needed some work. They gave me $1000 above the Kelley Blue Book value on my trade-in. The sale process went smoothly. It took 2-3 hours. I purchased a demo car that had a small scratch on the dash. Reatha did a great job following up with me after the sale- letting me know when the new plates came in and scheduling a minor repair.
