JMG Granite and Marble

Great response time, from measure to fabrication/installation. My previous fabricator, who I have used for the past 7 years fired himself, by being extremely slow to respond and fabricate, even though I had spent over $ 250,000 with them in the past 7 years. I will use J M Granite again!

One member of the crew spoke English and did all of the pricing. The straw boss of the all-Hispanic crew was on site for the measuring and estimation, and for the actual work. They were punctual, always showed up within a few minutes of the time I was told they would be there, and worked hard to complete the job on time. They started what I thought was a large job at 1:30pm and walked out the door at 7 pm with everything completed. The tear-out was very quick, and it took less than an hour. I was 95% happy with their work. All countertops and splash boards fitted nicely and the finish on the tops edges was great.
Very small gripes were a slight mismatch in one bathroom between two pieces of granite with a seam, but this may have been because these pieces were salvaged from the kitchen renovation. I also got a small drywall ding in one bathroom that will require some spackling and paint.
The only thing that kept them out of the "A" category for quality was the spacing of the holes for the faucets. They drilled the faucet and spigot holes so close to the sink there was no room for the mounting washers and nuts required to mount the faucets, making the reinstallation of the plumbing much harder than it needed to be.
