Charged me $350.00 to install a $18 transformer. Spent less than 30 minutes on property total, Two trips. Didn't check anything else, clean coils check condensing unit- NOTHING. Asked them to adjust the gas for the furnace heat start and they said they didn't have the tools. It takes a screwdriver. I think it was-I don't know how. When I asked their office about the outrageous fee, I was rudely scolded and told they were the cheapest in town.

They're the only people we've had. There were no problems there. It was great. Everything worked great. They were prompt and efficient.
