We had a disposal that was less than 1 1/5 years old that had a serious leak at the top. He came, diagnosed the problem, quickly ran to the store to see if the gasket was replaceable, replaced it and it still didn't fix the problem. He ran back quickly to the store and bought a new unit, installed it, told us exactly how to get the warranty. He was great! He's very quick, knows his stuff, very affable, and knowledgeable about electrical, A/C and plumbing.
