I contacted them with an issue and they arrived the next day. Replaced the bad controller I had and inspected and replaced the nonfunctional sprinkler heads. Will definitely use them again.

They did come out on time. They did what they said they would do but we haven't done the installation yet. I am not sure that I am going to do that project. It was a good price. They didn't seem as engaged. I was disappointed a little bit in their attitude. It might just have been that I was having a bad day or something. They did come when they said they would come. I would give them another shot.

Awesome job!! Very professional! Incredibly nice!

The designer came on a snowy/rainy day for the review and was undaunted by the weather, which was very kind.  Approx. 3-4 weeks later, we met with him again and reviewed his renderings for our yard.  We were pleased with his vision and how he had integrated our thoughts/ideas into the plan as well as offering some professional insights into the design.  To date we have not implemented the plan but do intend to do that later this year & intend to use this designer/company.

Was very accommodating in my having to change the date of service several times.  Arrived promptly and on-time and listened to my concerns and followed through with spreading the mulch as I wanted.

Very highly satisfied.  They did an excellent job with very little mess.

In April  we purchased several of the big deals to allow enough mulch to cover our flower beds in our front and back yards.  They contacted me quickly after purchase and informed me that they would be doing all of the big deals in May when they had a slow week, and they would let me know later when that would be. They let me know in mid May that they would be coming the next day, and I said okay even though I knew I would not be able to be here.  They came and applied the mulch and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.  My driveway looked neater when they finished than before they started. My only complaint is that it was applied very deep and then there was not enough to cover the beds in the back yard as well.  The mulch is 4 inches deep in areas, and that is is on top of the shallow layer we already had.  I would have told them to put it on thinner if I was able to be present when they came.  Overall I am happy and would use them again, I would just want to be present to be more clear on what I wanted.

I liked the drawing but it was out of my budget.

Came at the time discussed and placed the mulch as planned.

They arrived on schedule and meticulously placed 3 yards of mulch. As described in their promo, it was dark hardwood.

First, I had trouble scheduling the service after purchasing the Big Deal. I received no response for weeks when I tried to schedule a date. I was eventually told that the project manager that told me to contact him to schedule quit and took several people with him. However, customers should have been made aware of this. Once we got this issue out of the way, I was finally able to schedule.

When I scheduled the service, I told the representative that I had several tall red tip photinias that needed to be trimmed. On the day of service, three men showed up and when I told them I wanted the photinias trimmed, they said they didn't have a  ladder. I  ended up providing the ladder. I was very impressed with the three men that showed up to work in that they were extremely nice and respectful. And frankly, it was nice to be able to communicate my landscape work needs without there being a language barrier, which is usually the case when it comes to landscaping work these days.

I would say that the quality of the work was fair to good. I had them plant some grass plugs and I am somewhat concerned because the plugs didn't appear to be placed too deeply in the ground. When I watered the plugs the next day, several of them came up out of the ground. Also, one of my flower beds was cleaned out, and it may have been cleaned out too well. I will not know until later, but it looks like some of my dormant flowers may have been cleared out. 

I purchased 8 hours, but since it was 3 men, it was only 2.6 hours total and I had to purchase an additional 2 hours to get additional work done. That was an additional $300. However, I still had more work to be done and did not want to spend additional money beyond that that I had already spent.

• 4/19 - Purchase made along with suggested dates for service
• 4/20 - Provided acknowledge purchase and indicated they would get back to us when there were more people in our area
• 5/8 - Someone called to say someone would be in touch with us regarding scheduling an appointment
• 5/18 - Received email indicating they would be in our area on 5/26 to complete the mulch job
• 5/18 - Later in the day get email that they have had a cancellation and would be at our house to deliver the mulch.   Responded back that I was not at home but my wife was, please discuss with her; provided her phone number
• 5/18 - in the pm evidently the crew showed up and talked to no one.   They spread the mulch on about 1/2 the yard
• 5/19 - sent email to JBa asking what had happened and why someone had not contacted us before they left, as it appeared the job was unfinished.
• As of 5/31 have not heard back from anyone

The area of the flower beds that were covered were neatly done.  
Dissatisfaction - delayed service, last minute notification they were coming, no contact while here, left without talking to anyone, have not returned requests for information.    
I did a rough estimate of what it would have cost me to cover the same area by myself with bags of hardwood mulch from Home Depot and I could probably have save myself $75-100.   Basically this Angie's "Big Deal" was a loser for us.
