 + -1 moreOverall my experience was pretty much painless. Jay did all the leg work and I did all the worrying about it. I met him at his office and he told me he could get this done in 8-10 days after it was sent to underwriting. He did that.
Description of Work: Jay prepared my home loan and got it to underwriting and completed with courtesy, kindness, and the utmost patience. My loan was a challange and Jay worked hand in hand with me and the underwriters to get my house financed in this time of "hard to get" home loans. He held my hand and patiently walked me through every step even late into the evenings so I could get it all together. I had 7 student loans that the Feds had to address correctly for the underwriters and Jay spelled out what I should say to the Fed Loan people to satisfy everyone. Jay is a consumate professional and deserves all he gets. He, along with Jacklyn Shapire (credit consultant) worked had to help me and my son get the house we so desperately wanted. They are both truly "people person's". I have recommended Jacklyn for sainthood and will with this writing nominate Jay for knighthood.
