Excellent service provided by Steven Jarvis. He appraised several pieces of jewelry for an estate as well as some coins. We were impressed with his integrity and knowledge and would highly recommend him should you need jewelry appraised for retain value or insurance value.

I brought in my wedding ring for an appraisal after recent upgrades.  My new center stone came with it's own certification however our insurance company required a new appraisal for the complete ring.  Steve's findings were spot on with the documentation I had with me.  Also he was able to offer very valuable advice for future purchases.  Will definitely contact him in the future!

He is an independent appraiser. I did researched online and liked all his good feedback. He took a lot of time and he really looked over all the pieces that we had. I thought he did a really good job. The price seemed reasonable to me. They were rite there when they said they would be. We plan to use him again.

he spent a long time reviewing the pieces we gave him in his office. The jewelry never left our sight and his appraisal was sent to other auction houses to get bids. Steve sold it for more than anyone else and gave us a check the next day.

Mr. Jarvis was thoroughly professional from beginning to end of the process. He returned my call promptly and set up an appointment at my convenience. He spent 45 minutes on five pieces of jewelry to ensure that he got even the most minute details correct - then he cleaned them as well! At the end of the visit I received a full report with photos and every detail about each of the pieces, some of which were quite complex. Mr. Jarvis did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price.
