This was a nightmare experience. Original bid was submitted as complete remodel with appliances and fixtures. Contractor quickly forced up cost with change orders and threats. He did sub par work. The new ceilings are visably slanted and lack appropiate supports will need to be replaced. Products were replaced with substandard. The contractor would takes days or weeks to return calls, and weeks passed with no work being done. Subs admittedly opened packed boxes and went through. I found personal items thrown in yard and trash. Correct permits were not obtained, etc. The contractor refused to fix or respond to issues. The final straw was when CABINET SHELVES were identified as upgrades, which required money. The contract said only cabinets. I had to terminate contract and replace contractor. The contractor is now trying to take legal action against me. I would never recommend this contractor to anyone.
